Booking information

All the prices are per person per day (suites per unit), and include half board with generous breakfast buffet, 6 course menu of your choice in the evening including salad buffet and cheeseboard and all taxes. Reduction for overnight stay/breakfast € 11.00 per person per day, supplement for full board € 25.00 per person per day.

Our spa, which is 5,000 m² in area and has a panoramic pool and outdoor pool, spacious landscaped sauna and state-of-the-art fitness centre, our tennis courts and a garage space are all at your disposal at no cost.

Single occupancy supplement
The extra charge for single occupancy of an apartment is € 60.00 per day, and € 80.00 per day at Christmas/New Year.

Special requirements for the rooms
Your individual room requirements will be taken into account wherever possible but no definite promise can be made.

Reductions/concessions
Concessions for children sharing parents’ room (except for suites):

0 - 6 years free incl. half board
7 - 14 years 50% incl. half board

Reduction for 3rd and 4th person over 15 years in the apartment 30 % (except for suites).

Restaurants
Formal dress requested in the evening in our restaurants and bars. You are welcome to visit the Spa Restaurant in your dressing gown.

Dogs
Well behaved dogs can be accommodated in rooms in the Inntal Wing on request. They are not allowed in bars, restaurants, or the spa. € 24.00 per day. Food is charged for as ordered.

Payment
We are happy to accept EC cards, as well as the following credit cards: Amex, Visa, Diners, Eurocard, Mastercard and JCB.

We regret that private cheques cannot be taken as payment.

Arrival
Your room will be ready from 3.00 pm.

Departure
Please would you leave the room by 12.00 noon.

Spa
To enable us to schedule your treatments at the times you would like, would you please book your spa appointments before your arrival. If you cannot take up an appointment at the spa, please give us 24 hours’ notice.

Please understand that same-day cancellations are invoiced in full. The telephone number for our spa reception is: +43 (0) 50809-31900 and -31901.

The sauna village, brine pool and rest areas are only for our guests who are at least 14 years of age.

You are welcome to wear dressing-gown and slippers in our spa. For the indoor activities we ask you to wear sports clothing and sports shoes suitable for an indoor gym.
