Our Spa Etiquette
To ensure that all guests in the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol Spa can relax in perfect peace and quiet, we ask you to please moderate your voice to your surroundings and to turn off mobile phones.
Always there for you
Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have special wishes, requests or suggestions, at any time.
Your preferred appointment
We will try our very best to take your preferred time into account when booking appointments. We recommend that you call us to book your treatments before arrival and request your preferred times and therapists. Should you not be able to take up an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. We ask for your understanding that cancellations on the day of appointment will be charged at full price.
With your health in mind
If you have health problems or any physical disabilities, please make us aware at time of booking your appointment or speak to your therapist, as it is possible that some treatments may not be suitable for you.
Make time for yourself
Please allow time to come and relax before your treatment - we will be pleased to welcome you with a cup of tea. Men are advised to shave about three hours before a facial treatment.
The appropriate clothing
Please wear sports clothing and sports shoes in the fitness area and swimwear in the swimming pool.
Aside from your health,the other important things in life
Please store valuables in your room safe or leave them at Reception.
Our Tirolean Sauna Village
Feel free to use the saunas, steam rooms and the saltwater grotto “as God created you“. Children under 15 years may use the Tirolean Sauna Village and the saltwater grotto until 3.00 pm.
Public areas
To allow all guests of the Interalpen-HotelTyrol to have a restful and pleasant holiday, we respectfully ask that you observe the following etiquette:
- please observe the basic rules for our swimming pool and Spa area
- please do not reserve day beds with towels, bags, etc!
- the sauna village is reserved as a quietzone for adults. Children may only use the sauna if accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.
