Fine dining at the Chef’s Table – a gourmet experience in the Interalpen-kitchen

An opportunity to savour exquisite dishes while looking over the shoulders of a highly talented kitchen team – this is the exclusive experience offered by the Chef’s Table at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol.  You dine directly in our Gault-Millau award-winning kitchen, at the heart of the action, as head chef Mario Döring skilfully combines regional ingredients with international influences to create unique, highly individual dishes.

The special attraction of the Chef’s Table is not just the extraordinary menu prepared with such care, but also the atmosphere in the Interalpen-kitchen. During the day 40 chefs bustle about here preparing dinner, but in the evening a sense of calm ensues and the work atmosphere fades away. Soft music, mood lighting and a stylish table setting transform the Interalpen-kitchen into an elegant dining experience.

Mario Döring welcomes his guests to the Chef’s Table as he conjures up an eight-course degustation menu. You are also welcome to have a look at the hotel’s own herb garden, where sage, thyme, woodruff, tarragon and lavender are grown along with indigenous plants such a elderberry and wood sorrel. These ingredients are refined with natural elements such as flower pollen, and the Chef’s table always surprises with it unique flavour notes. This aromatic feast can be accompanied if you wish by a selection of fine wines to complement the menu, chosen by head sommelier Andreas Pfingstl. If you prefer an alcohol-free alternative, there is a wide selection of freshly pressed fruit juices to suit each course.

Reservations for two to twelve guests are accepted at least two days in advance. Tel. 0043 50809 30

The kitchen team chat to the guests throughout the evening, as they work with much artistry, humour and expertise.  Of course guests will also learn some tips and tricks to try at home, as the chefs are happy to answer all questions. The Chef’s Table is not just a gourmet experience, but a top quality culinary event.
Whether as a gift, a birthday celebration with a small group or as a dinner for two, the Interalpen Chef’s Table is always the right choice.  For €145 per person, the Interalpen-kitchen team will spoil you with an eight-course menu including a glass of champagne. Vegetarian and vegan menus are also available by prior arrangement.
