After more than 20 years of her own yoga practice, Barbara has completed her 500h training and prefers to concentrate on dynamic
Vinyasa yoga combined with calm elements from Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra to enable stress reduction and relaxation.
The focus is on the conscious connection between breath and posture. In addition, mindfulness is
spontaneously directed towards the moment and the aliveness that pulsates in the body.
In this way, yoga does not only take place on the mat - yoga becomes a natural inner attitude that allows you to go your own way.
Barbara's motto in life:
Lokah Samastha Sukhino Bhavantu - May all living beings be happy and free - because if I had one wish free,
it would be exactly this one. In my life, there are 2 things in particular that mean freedom to me: to experience the
expansiveness of the mountains and to experience the profound of yoga philosophy.
