Brigitte Gnann is the founder and owner of her studio in Oberhaching, a speaker and trainer in the field of yoga and Pilates. Brigitte is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher and a
BODYART® Elite Trainer. She completed her 500 h yoga training at the Vinyasa Power Yoga Academy.
Brigitte's classes will take you on a journey, motivate you, make you feel more powerful and courageous in Vinyasa Yoga and BODYART®, more gentle and relaxed in Yin Yoga and more relaxed in BODYART®.
Yin Yoga and relaxing in Sound Healing, music that touches your heart. She is warm-hearted and brings a large portion of joie de vivre.
Brigitte was born and raised in Munich and lives with her family in Deisenhofen/Oberhaching, in the southern Munich district.
