Our Spa Etiquette

A spa is a peaceful refuge where one is looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the daily routine. We would kindly ask you to follow our spa etiquette described below to ensure that you and all other guests a relaxing time at our Interalpen-Spa. 
For the first and most valuable rule to guarantee a memorable wellness experience, we ask you to talk quietly and to turn off mobile phones, to ensure that all guests in the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol Spa can relax in perfect peace and tranquillity.

Your preferred appointment

We will try our very best to take your preferred time into account when booking appointments. In our spa etiquette, we recommend that you call us to book your treatments before arrival and request your preferred times and therapists. If you will not be able to attend an appointment (massages, cosmetic treatments, personal training, swimming lessons etc.) or you would like to cancel your treatment or the private spa, please give us 24 hours’ notice. Please note that cancellations on the day of an appointment or booking will be charged at full price.

With your health in mind

In order to ensure the good health of all our guests, we kindly ask you to stick to our spa etiquette. If you have health problems or any physical disabilities, please make us aware at the time of booking your treatment or speak to your therapist. It is possible that some treatments may not be suitable for you.

Make time for yourself

Please allow time to come and relax before your treatment – we will be pleased to welcome you with a cup of tea.

Men are advised to shave about three hours before a facial treatment.

THE APPROPRIATE CLOTHING FOR A SPA ETIQUETTE ACCOMPLISHMENT

Please wear sports clothing and sports shoes in the fitness area and swimwear in the swimming pool, whether to take swimming lessons or just for a swim.

THE OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE – ASIDE FROM YOUR HEALTH

We know how important your most valuable belongings are for you, but while you relax at a massage or a sauna circuit in our wellness retreat, you need to free your mind and body and try to leave everything behind for the sake of your relaxation moment. So, please store valuables in your room safe or leave them at the reception. At the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol, we guarantee you that everything is safe and in good conditions.

Our Tirolean Sauna Village

Feel free to use the saunas, steam rooms and the saltwater grotto textile free. According to our spa etiquette, Children under 15 years may use the Tyrolean Sauna Village and the saltwater grotto until 3.00 pm.

 

Dogs

Please remember that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the spa zone (neither in the spa garden nor in the spa restaurant).

Public areas

To allow all guests of the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol to enjoy a restful and pleasant holiday, we respectfully ask that you observe the following spa etiquette:

  • Please adjust the volume of your conversations to the environment
    and turn off your mobile phone
  • Please observe the basic rules for our swimming pool and spa area.
  • Please do not reserve day beds with towels, bags, etc.
  • The Sauna Village is reserved as a quiet zone for adults. Children may only use the sauna until 3.00 pm.and have to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
