Enjoy a gourmet menu by our award-winning head chef Mario Döring and have an exclusive look behind the scenes of the Interalpen kitchen - with our new Chef's Table. From Monday to Friday you can enjoy an eight-course degustation menu including a glass of champagne while sitting directly in the Interalpen kitchen at our Chef's Table. The price of this unique gourmet experience: € 169,- per person. Reservations from two to a maximum of sixteen guests can be made up to two days prior to the Chef's Table.
