Our aim is to strike a balance between culinary enjoyment, the local region and our team. Responsibility towards our guests, staff and the environment guides our decision-making.

In our day-to-day hotel operations, this applies above all to our human resources management, our procurement and the running of our hotel.

Around our house
A meadow that is allowed to take its time
Around the Interalpen, the meadows are left to grow throughout the summer. They are not mown until the end of summer, allowing flowers and herbs to bloom undisturbed and set seed. Over the months, this creates a habitat for bees and other small creatures, right in the heart of our alpine environment.
Our Interalpen bees
Just a few kilometres from the hotel, at Ferdi’s apiary in Mösern, our bee colonies call home. From spring through to late summer, the bees swarm out, gathering flower nectar and honeydew, and transforming both into golden honey. In autumn, they retreat and prepare for their winter hibernation.
What they gather over the summer ends up on our breakfast buffet as Interalpen honey. Whether on its own, on fresh bread or in a warming cup of tea: a little morning greeting from the region.

Local transport options
You can hire e-bikes and mountain bikes right at the hotel and explore the trails around the Seefeld Plateau on two wheels. There are six charging points available in our underground car park for your electric or hybrid vehicle: two with 64 amps and four with 16 amps. This allows you to charge your vehicle conveniently during your stay.
If you’re travelling by train or bus, our shuttle service will collect you from Seefeld railway station, for example.
GreenSign Hotel
The Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol is certified to the GreenSign Hotel 3.2 standard until 1 March 2028. The assessment covers, amongst other things, energy and water use, procurement and regional sourcing, mobility, and social responsibility towards our team. The decision on certification is made by the certification body VERIS Certifications.
