If you need to change your travel plans at the last minute, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. For further information please refer to § 5 Rescission of the Accommodation Agreement of our Terms and Conditions.
You can easily order our hotel vouchers online, pay by credit card (MasterCard & VISA) and in a few minutes you will receive your personal gift voucher by email.
Arrival & Departure
Your room is available on your arrival day from 03.00 pm and on your departure day until 12.00 pm. Late departure can be offered depending on availability and with additional costs.
For arrival and departure, we offer a free shuttle service for our individual guests from the train stations Innsbruck, Seefeld, Telfs-Pfaffenhofen and Mittenwald, as well as from the airport Innsbruck as part of the Interalpen-Standard.
The meeting point is at the information point of the garage at the train station. Our bellboys are visibly equipped with an Interalpen sign.
Innsbruck is the capital of the province of Tyrol, the nearest major city and approximately 35 km from the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol. Seefeld in Tyrol is 13 km away, but shopping is also available in Telfs (10 km).
Innsbruck is with 35 km the closest airport. Munich airport is 125 km from Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol. In good traffic conditions, this is approximately a two-and-a-half hour drive.

The Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol offers Tyrolean rooms and Lodge rooms in the categories Twin, Deluxe, Superior and Premium. Furthermore, the hotel offers exclusive suites, penthouse suites and family suites.
All our rooms are luxuriously furnished with living room/bedroom, balcony, shower, air conditioning, internet connection & wifi, mini bar free of charge, tea maker, coffee maker, room safe and pay TV as well as different Sky-programmes (German speaking).

The cost is € 40/day and dog with a maximum of two dogs per room. Food will be charged after ordering.
All our rooms are non-smoking. However, the rooms have a balcony where smoking is allowed.

Yes, vegetarian dishes are served in the Interalpen-restaurant and vegan dishes are available upon request. Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free products are always available at our Interalpen-breakfast.

Yes, the Interalpen-Spa is available to you as a hotel guest on the day of arrival and can also be used on the day of departure until 8.00 pm. For luggage storage, our guests can use the luggage room on the 3rd basement floor and the lockers in the spa area.

For babies and toddlers, there is an extra children's area with a children's pool. The water temperature is a pleasant 32 °C and invites the little ones to splash around.
There is also a family-friendly textile sauna where children and teenagers under the age of 15 can enjoy the sauna together when accompanied by an adult.
The Interalpen also offers a variety of special wellness and beauty treatments for young guests (up to the age of 13) as well as children's swimming lessons.

Our facilities provide the perfect setting for all types of events - from meetings, seminars and corporate functions to private celebrations such as large weddings, birthdays and smaller family gatherings.
We offer options and space for 4 to 400 people in our 3,300 square foot meeting and event space.
A total of 11 meeting rooms can accommodate conferences, seminars, meetings and workshops for up to 400 people. The meeting rooms can be flexibly adapted to your needs and requirements.
All rooms have daylight and mountain views. Equipment such as screen, projector, flip chart and pin board are included in the room rental fee. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Additional equipment can be provided for an additional fee.
Plenty of free parking is available in our underground garage for all event guests.

In winter, several cross-country ski trails lead right past the hotel and the Seefeld ski area is just a 20-minute drive (14 km) away. Those who prefer to explore the snow-covered landscape on foot can enjoy the snowy winter scenery on the perfectly groomed winter hiking trails in the Seefeld region.
In addition to the numerous outdoor activities, the region also offers a wide range of cultural sights and indoor leisure activities. Right on the doorstep of the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol is a beautifully laid out cross-country ski trail, which is directly connected to the cross-country ski trail network of the Seefeld region. However, you should be an experienced cross-country skier for this, as it is a black trail.
The trails in Leutasch, Mösern and Seefeld are a 10 to 20-minute drive from the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol.

Yes, for ski excursions as part of our activity and leisure programme, the shuttle service to the respective ski area is included. A public bus is also available. More detailed information on departure times is available at the hotel reception.
The 18-hole Seefeld-Wildmoos golf course (par 72) is just 900 metres from the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol and has plenty of challenges to offer. A shuttle service by electric car to and from the Seefeld-Wildmoos golf course is available on request.
The golf park on the Mieminger Plateau is just 25 minutes by car from the Interalpen. There you can swing your clubs on an 18-hole champion course and a 9-hole park course at the foot of the imposing Mieminger mountain range.

With the Golf Tirol Card you can swing a club on all golf courses in Tyrol, including the 18-hole Seefeld-Wildmoos golf course and the 18- and 9-hole Mieming golf course. The Golf Tirol Card is included in our Golf & Relax package, but can of course also be purchased at the Interalpen-Spa reception without booking the package.
