Already at breakfast, every guest enjoys regional and varied ingredients in the Interalpen-restaurant. With excellent à la carte cuisine, our restaurant unfolds its full potential from lunchtime onwards. The attentive service team, led by service operations manager Gernot Percht, provides an atmospheric background for your culinary experience.

Chef’s Table

Pull up a chair directly by the open kitchen and observe how chef Mario Döring and his team and chef patissier Michael Hollaus – prepare your tasting menu. You are also welcome to take a look at the in-house herb garden: home-grown sage, thyme or woodruff often find their way into the refined dishes served at the Chef’s Table. Restaurant mananger and head sommelier Theresa Lichtmannegger recommends hand-picked wines or non-alcoholic beverages to match.

Chef Patissier Michael Hollaus likes it 'not complicated, just good!' But this down-to-earth attitude does not stop him from undertaking culinary exploration tours and giving his sweet creations plenty of soul.
