Pull up a chair directly by the open kitchen and observe how chef Mario Döring, sous chef Mathias Hendl and their team as well as chef patissier Manfred Löschl – prepare your tasting menu. You are also welcome to take a look at the in-house herb garden: home-grown sage, thyme or woodruff often find their way into the refined dishes served at the Chef’s Table. Restaurant mananger and head sommelier Theresa Percht recommends hand-picked wines or non-alcoholic beverages to match. Restaurant manager Gernot Percht ensures the perfect ambience and the best service.

The unique culinary experience and the high quality of the food have been honoured several times. The Chef's Table experience is unique and almost indescribable: guests can watch the finest dishes being prepared in an "open kitchen" style. The philosophy, quality and creative staging paired with fresh regional ingredients create a degustation menu in a class of its own.
