Chef's Table at the gourmet hotel

Pull up a chair directly by the open kitchen and observe how chef Mario Döring and his team and chef patissier Michael Hollaus – prepare your tasting menu. You are also welcome to take a look at the in-house herb garden: home-grown sage, thyme or woodruff often find their way into the refined dishes served at the Chef’s Table. Restaurant mananger and head sommelier Theresa Percht recommends hand-picked wines or non-alcoholic beverages to match. Restaurant manager Gernot Percht ensures the perfect ambience and the best service.

 

Pure exclusivity

The unique culinary experience and the high quality of the food have been honoured several times. The Chef's Table experience is unique and almost indescribable: guests can watch the finest dishes being prepared in an "open kitchen" style. The philosophy, quality and creative staging paired with fresh regional ingredients make the 8-course menu a degustation menu in a class of its own.
