At the Chef's Table of our gourmet hotel in Tyrol, you will be seated right in the middle of the culinary action, where you can experience first-hand how Head Chef Mario Döring, Sous Chef Mathias Hendl and Head Pastry Chef Manfred Löschl prepare your tasting menu with dedication. You are also welcome to take a look at our in-house herb garden: home-grown sage, thyme or woodruff often find their way into the refined dishes served at the Chef’s Table. Restaurant manager and head sommelier Daniel Keller will recommend hand-picked wines or non-alcoholic beverages to complement your meal. Restaurant manager Gernot Percht creates a stylishly elegant atmosphere and looks after you with warm, confident service.

The Chef's Table experience is unique and almost indescribable: guests can watch the finest dishes being prepared in an "open kitchen" style. A tasting menu that sets new standards in gourmet cuisine is created by combining philosophy, artisanal precision, creative presentation and fresh regional ingredients.
