Hybrid meetings: the future of conferences
Since June 2024, the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol has two more state-of-the-art meeting rooms, further expanding its offering for conferences and events. The light-flooded rooms, which measure 52 m² or more, have the latest equipment for video conferencing and have been specially designed for hybrid meetings.
Hybrid meetings combine the advantages of face-to-face events with those of virtual conferences. This allows participants to take part in meetings both on site and online, increasing flexibility and efficiency.

During the seminar and conference breaks, enjoy sweet or savoury delicacies from the Interalpen kitchen as well as a generous lunch as part of our meeting packages. Of course, we also offer individual catering packages, which the MICE team will be happy to put together for you.
Please note, our meeting packages are applicable for a group size of min. 20 persons.

Technology and equipment in the conference rooms
From the meeting rooms to the large conference room, all rooms of our Tyrolean conference hotel have daylight and mountain views. Equipment tools such as screens, projectors, flipcharts and pinboards are included in the room rental and Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout our meeting hotel. In addition, the rooms Innsbruck I - III as well as Karwendel 104/105 are equipped with wireless presentation system ‘ClickShare’ and an audio system. Do you need additional technology for your event? Our MICE team can provide you with additional equipment at an extra charge.
