1. Interalpen-shuttle service, travel cost allowance & job ticket for commuters
How do you get to work? I travel with the Interalpen-shuttle!
We won’t leave you somewhere on the mountain or in the valley!
The Interalpen-shuttle service offers all employees the opportunity to travel sustainably to and from their workplace in Tyrol while saving money. Our free shuttle service runs several times a day to Telfs and back to the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol. The public bus departs directly in front of the hotel several times a day.
And for all those who are still dependent on their car for the daily commute despite the frequent shuttle service, we offer a generous monthly cost contribution of €175,- to €220,- depending on journey length and number of working days per week. Alternatively, you have the option of receiving the free VVT job ticket (=Öffi annual pass = KlimaTicketTirol regions) instead of the travel allowance.
2. Interalpen-Living-Benefit & Living allowance
Living where others go on vacation! This is possible with us at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol. Take advantage of our residential benefit and live in one of our beautiful employee houses at an economic price.
Our staff accommodation next to the hotel offers 176 apartments; alternatively, you can opt for staying in Leutasch, only a 7-minute car journey away, in a peaceful setting with garden.
Both are adapted to the individual needs of our employees:
- single and double rooms with ensuite bathroom, flatscreen TV and kitchen area
- some of the apartments have a balcony
- cosy communal areas are ideal for socialising, playing games, cooking or having small parties
You do not live in one of our team accommodations? Then we will be happy to support you with a living allowance of €60,- gross*.
*On the basis of full-time employment.
3. Spa & sports facilities
Do you want to keep fit? In the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol you can use the hotel gym free of charge on 4 evenings in the week and the fitness room in the staff accommodation at any time.
In weekly workouts led by our fitness trainers you can also push your limits in a group HIIT session or find your inner strength with a pilates class. Sports lovers also benefit from further opportunities such as free use of the tennis courts including racket and ball hire.
Benefit from our new cooperation with 'Lux Tennis' and receive discounted tennis lessons. Rent a mountain bike from us free of charge or benefit from our e-bike leasing and discover the nature around the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol on two wheels or on foot. In the winter you cann borrow a sledge or snowshoes and enjoy the mountain scenery of the Seefeld region – Tirols Hochplateau.
If you want to relax after a strenuous workout or a few hours outdoors, why not make use of the employee benefit to dip in the hotel pool or unwind in the saunas (textile area).

5. Free meals

Enjoy daily freshly prepared meals, salads and sandwiches from the Interalpen-kitchen in the in-house canteen, guided by employee cook Simone. Benefit from free food and drink around the clock, also on your days off. Whether fresh cold cuts, cakes and pastries from the patisserie, fresh fruit, salad bar or main meals with vegetarian option, we offer something for everyone to make sure you are best catered for throughout the day!
6. Flexible work model
Start your new dream job in the hotel business with flexible hours! Balance service and kitchen jobs with your private life – with our individually agreed work time models you can choose a 5-day week with 40, 42 or 48 hours and options for full time or part time. This allows you to organise your time off flexibly and individually.

7. Top payment and apprenticeship benefit
We guarantee fair conditions as every hour worked are logged and accounted for. Not only do we offer above average pay, but we also value the additional awards and qualifications of our employees, and this reflects also in the pay. The holiday and Christmas pay in the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol is also of a 5-star-superior standard.

8. A safe workplace

Under the umbrella of the Liebherr group, the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol offers you a secure and long-term workplace. Also, we give our employees the opportunity for a temporary job exchange in one of our sister companies of the Liebherr group in Germany, Austria and Ireland.
9. Signs of appreciation & job training
Become part of the Interalpen and join our #topteam! With our onboarding workshop at the start of your employment you will be best prepared for your dream job at 1,300 metres. Together with all the other new employees you will learn the Interalpen-standards and gain an insight into all the departments and daily work here.
In regular feedbacks and annual appraisals, we listen to your concerns and wishes and give you the chance to train further in our training academy. Our employees also benefit from our cooperation with the IST Hochschule for management in Düsseldorf. They receive discounts for further training and offers from the university.
