1. Interalpen-shuttle service, travel cost allowance & job ticket for commuters
How do you get to work? I travel with the Interalpen-shuttle!
The Interalpen-shuttle service offers all employees the opportunity to travel sustainably to and from their workplace in Tyrol while saving money. Our free shuttle service runs several times a day to Telfs and back to the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol. The public bus departs directly in front of the hotel several times a day.
And for all those who are still dependent on their car for the daily commute despite the frequent shuttle service, we offer a generous monthly cost contribution of €175,- to €220,- depending on journey length and number of working days per week. Alternatively, you have the option of receiving the free VVT job ticket (=Öffi annual pass = KlimaTicketTirol regions) instead of the travel allowance.
2. Interalpen-Living-Benefit & Living allowance
Living where others go on vacation! This is possible with us at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol. Take advantage of our residential benefit and live in one of our beautiful employee houses at an economic price.
Our staff accommodation next to the hotel offers 176 apartments; alternatively, you can opt for staying in Leutasch, only a 7-minute car journey away, in a peaceful setting with garden.
Both are adapted to the individual needs of our employees:
- single and double rooms with ensuite bathroom, flatscreen TV and kitchen area
- some of the apartments have a balcony
- cosy communal areas are ideal for socialising, playing games, cooking or having small parties
You do not live in one of our team accommodations? Then we will be happy to support you with a living allowance of €72,- gross*.
*On the basis of full-time employment.
3. Spa & sports facilities
Would you like to keep fit? Staff can use the hotel’s own gym free of charge at set times. In addition, a fitness room in the staff accommodation is available to them round the clock.
Staff are welcome to take part in our weekly workouts and training sessions led by fitness trainers.
Benefit from our new cooperation with 'Lux Tennis' and receive discounted tennis lessons. Rent a mountain bike from us free of charge or benefit from our e-bike leasing and discover the nature around the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol on two wheels or on foot. In the winter you cann borrow a sledge or snowshoes and enjoy the mountain scenery of the Seefeld region – Tirols Hochplateau.
If you want to relax after a strenuous workout or a few hours outdoors, why not make use of the employee benefit to dip in the hotel pool or unwind in the saunas (textile area).

4. Sports opportunities in nature

Borrow a mountain bike from us free of charge or take advantage of our e-bike leasing and discover the nature around the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol on two wheels or on foot.
In winter you can also hire a toboggan or snowshoes to enjoy the wintry mountain landscape of the Seefeld region - Tyrol's high plateau.
5. Free meals
Would you like to experience 5-star superior cuisine as a member of staff too? Enjoy meals, salads and bread rolls freshly prepared every day by our Interalpen kitchen in our staff restaurant, run by our in-house chef Simone. Benefit from free meals round the clock, even on your days off. Whether it’s fresh cold cuts, sweet cakes and pastries from the patisserie, fresh fruit, a salad bar or main courses with vegetarian options.
6. Flexible work model
Get off to a flexible start in your new dream hotel job! Depending on the role and what the business can offer, we provide full-time and part-time positions as well as a range of working time arrangements. After all, it’s important to us that our Interalpen team can enjoy a healthy work-life balance. And to help you make the most of your free time, the Seefeld region offers the Teamcard to all employees in the area. Enjoy a wide range of leisure, sports and bonus offers in both the winter and summer editions.

7. Payment and apprenticeship benefit
With us, you won’t be short-changed, because at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol, all the hours you work are taken into account and recorded. Additional qualifications and relevant awards can be taken into account when agreeing your individual salary. Holiday pay and a Christmas bonus are also part of the 5-star superior standard at the Interalpen.

8. Workplace and temporary job exchange
As part of the Liebherr Group, we offer long-term career prospects. In addition, some of our staff are given the opportunity to take part in a temporary work exchange at one of our sister hotels within the Liebherr Group in Germany, Austria and Ireland.
9. Signs of appreciation & job training
Join our #interalpencrew! At the start of your employment, our onboarding workshops will familiarise you with Interalpen’s standards and give you an insight into the departments and work processes.
In regular feedbacks and annual appraisals, we listen to your concerns and wishes and give you the chance to train further in our training academy. Our employees also benefit from our cooperation with the IST Hochschule for management in Düsseldorf. They receive discounts for further training and offers from the university.
