All prices quoted are per person and night (suites per unit) and include the Interalpen Standard Package.
Surcharge for south-facing rooms.
30 % deposit payable on booking.
Rates include all taxes except the visitor’s tax. Guests up to 14 years: no visitor’s tax. From 15 years €3.50 per person / night.
The supplement for single occupancy of a double room / lodge room is €80 /night. In Season A (at Christmas / New Year) €100 / night.
There will be no supplement for single occupancy of a Premium double room according to availability. There is no single room supplement if you stay for 7 nights or more.

We are pleased to accept Maestro/EC cards and the following credit cards: Amex, Visa, Diners and Mastercard. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques.
- Cancellation in season A: Up to and including 29 days before the day of arrival no charge; Within 28 days before the day of arrival 30 % of the total package price; Within 7 days before the day of arrival and on the day of arrival 90 % of the total package price.
- Cancellation in all other seasons: Up to and including 3 days before the day of arrival no charge; Within 2 days before the day of arrival and on the day of arrival 90 % of the total package price.
Your room will be available from 03.00 pm on day of arrival.
Please vacate your room by 12.00 pm on day of departure. For later departure times we reserve the right to charge 50 % of the room rate.
As a thank you for your loyalty, once you stay with us for the third time (direct booking) we will give you a discount of 5 % against the list price.
Your specific room request will be taken into account whenever possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Hypo-allergenic rooms on demand.
Formal wear is requested in our restaurants and bars during the evening. You are welcome in the Spa restaurant in casual dress, including your bathrobe. Requests for specific tables will be taken into account where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Well behaved dogs can be accommodated in certain rooms on request. They are not allowed in bars, restaurants, or the spa (indoors or outdoors). Board is €40 per day excluding food.
Wi-Fi is available for free all over the hotel (and in parts of the spa). To access the service, our terms and conditions need to be accepted.
