For many years, Angela has been studying the effect of our breathing on stress regulation, inner balance and overall well-being. As a certified breathwork trainer and burnout prevention consultant, she helps people find greater clarity, calm and strength through targeted breathing techniques.

In her work, Angela combines functional breathing training with mindfulness teaching and gentle somatic methods. Breathing and body awareness are equally central to this approach, as they provide direct access to the nervous system. Through conscious breathing patterns and embodied awareness, it is possible to calm the body, reduce stress, build energy and return to a state of inner balance.

With great empathy, warmth and clarity, Angela designs breathing sessions that are easily accessible and gently guide both beginners and advanced practitioners into feeling. Her offerings help you rediscover your own rhythm, strengthen your mental resources and face everyday life with more serenity.
