Sophie Sailer combines movement, mindfulness and pure joie de vivre in her yoga and Pilates programme. With her positive charisma and palpable passion, she creates an atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable - whether beginner or advanced. Her classes range from flowing vinyasa to powerful hatha and relaxing yin yoga and are complemented by pranayama, meditation and targeted relaxation techniques. With a great deal of empathy and expertise, Sophie guides her participants on their path to greater balance, strength and well-being.

As a state-certified sports and gymnastics teacher, sports and exercise therapist and qualified nutritionist, Sophie combines in-depth knowledge with years of experience. For over ten years, she has successfully taught courses in hotels, fitness centres, on cruise ships and at events - always with the aim of motivating and inspiring her participants.
