Immerse yourself in a world of culinary delights as our Gault&Millau-awarded Interalpen cuisine transforms into a vibrant show-cooking area. At various stations, our #interalpencrew prepares fresh specialities right before your eyes – creatively, with finesse and a great deal of passion. A delightful experience for all the senses, offering a glimpse behind the scenes and a culinary treat.

For our hotel guests, this special experience is included as part of half-board (no registration required)!

External guests are also very welcome. Prices are as follows:

Kick off the evening with a stylish aperitif from Pernod Ricard before the doors open to our Kitchen party: Interalpen’s kitchen is transformed into a vibrant world of indulgence, brimming with culinary stations, creative cuisine and sophisticated flavours, all prepared right there on the spot. Our long-standing, high-quality suppliers also contribute to these flavourful highlights with exquisite products and finely crafted specialities.

Chef Chang from Grünwald is renowned for authentic cuisine, fresh ingredients and a passion that can be tasted in every dish. Together with his master sushi chef, he brings Asian culinary delights to the table with a wealth of experience and attention to detail.

A first glimpse of the evening

The evening takes you from one culinary discovery to the next: a tenderly braised veal tomahawk, served with sorrel root and button mushrooms, sets the tone. For those with a taste for the extraordinary, a vegetarian interpretation takes the form of celery dengaku with miso, pomegranate and sesame. Elsewhere a tuna is carved, accompanied by wasabi, gari and wakame salad – a spectacle in its own right.
