Every member of the reception team is chosen for their warm, friendly and helpful manner. That’s something guests appreciate, as do colleagues in other departments. The reception desk is a point of contact for a wide range of inquiries, and the team that runs it is responsible for dealing with every single request. They are organisational specialists and we rely on them to find the right solution every time.
Guests arriving in the impressive underground garage are greeted by our smiling guest service employees for a great start to their stay; and when it’s time to embark on the journey home after a wonderfully relaxing break, it’s the pages who ensure guests receive our best wishes for a pleasant return trip.

“Holidays start for the guests as soon as they arrive in the underground car park. We park the car, take their baggage up to the room, run errands and give each car a good clean. Sometimes this service provision begins even earlier, since we also pick up guests straight from the railway station or the airport in Innsbruck, before driving them to the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol.”
